CERAN UK Gets Ready for its Junior Programme
2008
Following the massive success of the 2006 and 2007 programmes,
CERAN UK is busy preparing for its Junior 2008 Programme,
which is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Running for four weeks, from July 6th to August 2nd 2008,
the complete immersion programme involves intensive residential
language training for young people between the ages of 13
and 18 and covers more than 66 hours contact with the language
per week. Sport, cultural and leisure activities are also
conducted in English.
Interactive, stimulating and highly effective, the course
covers all four disciplines of language learning - reading,
writing, listening and speaking, in order for pupils to achieve
the best results possible.
The programme is residential and takes place in the magnificent
setting of Sherborne Girls in Dorset, which boasts
an extensive range of facilities including a fully equipped
sports hall, tennis and squash courts, a indoor swimming pool, a
theatre and fully operational suites for Internet access
and lessons, including language laboratory.
Siân Choma-Peters, Director of CERAN UK comments: "We
have enjoyed phenomenal success with our Junior programme
over the past couple of years. Each year the programme seems
to exceed all of our expectations and we are busy preparing
for this year’s course, which we hope will be our best
yet."
